Easter 2013

We had a great Easter. We colored eggs at the house as a family of four. Ryder just sat back watched this year. Next year he will get to join the fun. Sunday afternoon we went to my uncle Roy's to hunt eggs and have a yummy Easter lunch. Here are some pictures.
Here is our family of 4 at the house coloring eggs.

The Easter Bunny came and left the kiddos some goodies.

Easter 2013

Kenzie is such a AWESOME sissy!

We played with chalk when we got home before bedtime.
I love these babies so much. He HAS RISEN! I love celebrating Easter.

Me and my sweet grandma. Bless her heart she fell right after we left. I met my family at the hospital. She broke her arm and had an awful black eye.  A note for myself....Grandma is in JEANS!! This lady never wears jeans.. I think I get my sweat lovin wearing from her. HA HA HA

Spring Break 2013

McKenzie gets to go skiing for Springbreak with her dad and mum. She is so EXCITED but I know three people that are going to miss her so much.

Monday: Here is Ryder getting so extra cuddles from sissy before she leaves tomorrow.

Tuesday: Nanny and Lexi  came over and watched the kiddos and then Ryder went home with them for a few days since they were on Spring Break too. McKenzie was leaving for CO around 9. Once I got off Josh and I were going to take her to dinner before she left but Josh ended up not feeling well. So we left him at home and just us girls went to Logans. I loved it. Kenzie said it was a much needed girls night for me and her. She seriously melts my heart. I think us women that have little girls have a true built in "best friend". I hope we will alway be close.

Wendesday: We were kid free!! Josh and I wasnt really sure what to do. :) We were going to go watch a movie but didnt like anything that was playing. So we ended up going to dinner at Grubs Uptown. It was so nice to have dinner with just Josh and us just getting to spend time together. Loved every mintue of it. Sad to say I a sleep by 7:45 that night. Hey no kids means I get to catch up on some sleep.

Thursday: Ryder came home.. Yay!!! I have missed him so much. Kenzie is having a blast in CO. They are headed home on Saturday. Here are some pictures of Ryder...

Getting all cleaned up at Nanny's.

Playing Peek-Boo at Nanny's.

Then he did some searching for a lake house for us when he got home. Ryder is getting to be so much fun.

Friday: We just did some errands. We are helping host a Couple's shower tomorrow night. :)

Saturday: Ashley and Evan are going to babysit for us for a few hours. So we can go to the Couple's shower we are helping host for Colin and Marissa. We can't wait for their wedding in May.

Us with the Happy Couple.

Whit and and I in the photo booth.

Josh and Colin... True Best friends!

Kenzie got in a huge snow storm on the way back from CO so they ended up getting a hotel.

We have had a great little Spring Break at the Howard house. I guess we will have to start another week. HA!

Busy weekend

This weekend has flown by. We had McKenzie's last basketball game and then soccer game right after that.
We had Harper's 1st birthday party today.

We had a pizza and cupcakes after the basketball game to celebrate a great season. Kenz loved having Josh coach her team this year. I think Josh enjoyed it too. The girls got to be so good towards the end.

Josh just hanging out the girls. They all got medals from the Boys and Girls Club.

Then we went on to soccer right after that. Here's a few pictures of Ryder Dean.

Loving the soccer is outside.

This boy could stay outside all day long if I would let him.

To end our Saturday we went to the square and we got to look at the "Pig Trail"
Josh and Ryder loved this one..

Today we went to my friend Kara's little girl's birthday party. We had a blast and Ryder loved all of her new toys. :)  He dug into a cupcake himself.

Little Cuties.

The boy loves the icing.

We are ready to start the new week. This time change is totally messing up my sleep. :)

First Blog Post......

I wanted to create this blog so our family and friends can keep up with us and I have all the important things in our little lifes documented. This might help me keep track a little better.  Ryder is a growing little boy that just turned one in January and McKenzie is our active 9 year old that is involved in soccer and basketball this year. Which means we are a busy little family but we wouldn't have it anyother way.  I will do a post on just kiddo next.
